For college programs
A team account for the extra work.
Raising the standard in the hours between.
Your athletes register themselves. No parents in the loop, and the program runs through your staff.
How a college program is set up
A team account, not a membership.
A college runs on a different structure from our club partnerships. There is no family membership and no parent step: your roster is in the app, you are on the coach dashboard, and your athletes join as the adults they are. Setup is ours to do. We work the terms out with you directly, in a conversation.
Your athletes
Register themselves with your program’s code. Nobody signs on their behalf and nothing is collected from a parent.
Your staff
Hold the dashboard. Who trained, who has gone quiet, what the roster is building on its own time.
Your program
One roster, grouped the way you group it. Nothing for anyone on your staff to administer week to week.
One email with your school and roster size is plenty. Setup is ours to do, not yours.
Why a college program
Built for athletes who already train on their own.
Your roster does not need convincing that the work between sessions matters. They are in your program because they already believe it, and most of them have been doing it alone since long before they got here. What they have never had is a place to put that work where it counts for something, and a coach who can see it happening. This gives them both, and it gives you a way to lead them through it instead of hoping it is getting done.
The standard they set.
One goal per athlete, written in their own words, in front of them every day. What stands in the way is named just as plainly.
The record they build.
Every session they put in on their own gets clocked. A hundred days of proof they can look at, and so can you.
The room they do it in.
The roster sees the roster and nobody else. No public feed, no strangers, no algorithm. The unseen work, done together.
Every feature for a reason
What your athletes open every day.
Days won. Routines. Challenges. The log. Library. Lesson. Harry. Each screen exists because the extra work needs a place to live, and the program needs a way to see it.

Real product screens. Nothing here is a mock.

A working copy of the coach dashboard, filled with a fictional club. Tap around — the week, the work, the codes, the roster.
The week, the work, access codes, and the roster. On your program, it runs on your real athletes.
What this is
An athlete sets a goal in their own words, builds routines around it, logs the work they do on their own, and sees their teammates doing the same. Then the standard rises.
We’re obsessed with the process of becoming great. Every athlete has more in them, and the work of finding it shouldn’t be lonely. Discipline is hard. It doesn’t have to be solitary. You are the project — and we’re the platform for the communities that build them.
The questions coaches ask.
What does this cost our program?
College programs run on a different structure from our club partnerships, and the terms are something we work out with you directly rather than publish on a page. Write to us with your roster size and we will lay all of it out in one reply.
Are parents involved at all?
No. Your athletes are adults and they register themselves with your program’s code. There is no parent step, no family membership, and nothing collected from anyone outside your roster.
Who can see an athlete’s training?
Their roster and their coaches. Not the public, not other programs, and not other clubs. Their written goals do not appear on the coach dashboard at all, and that is enforced in how the dashboard is built rather than by a policy.
Is this countable athletically related activity?
That is a question for your compliance office, not for us, and we will not tell you otherwise. What the app does is let an athlete log work they chose to do on their own time. Nothing in it assigns, requires, or schedules a session, and no coach can set an athlete’s goal or routine for them.
What do I have to do each week?
Nothing is required of you. The dashboard is there when you want it. The quiet list is the one thing worth a look each week and it takes a minute.
What if athletes stop using it?
Some will slow down, and the dashboard will show you exactly who. That is the point of it. A quiet athlete is handled the way programs handle everything: a coach saying a word at practice.
How is this different from what we already use?
Your current tools handle schedules, logistics, testing and film. None of them touch what an athlete does between sessions on their own initiative. This is only that: the work done outside your building, made visible and held together as a roster.
What does starting a conversation commit us to?
Nothing. One email with your school and roster size is the whole ask. If it is not right for your program you spent five minutes.
Tell us about your program.
Your school and your roster size is the whole ask. We set your team up, you tell your athletes, and the record starts the first day they log.
